This session is an invitation to lighten. Guided by detoxifying twists, gentle mobility work, and deep breath practices, we support the body’s natural spring clearing. We’ll move with intention to release heaviness—physical, mental, or emotional—and create space for renewal. Expect a refreshing blend of flow, stillness, and mindful release that leaves you feeling spacious and reset.
