Ecstatic Dance is a mindful dance practice that gently guides you into the present moment and helps you reconnect deeply with yourself. Everyone is welcome – no prior experience needed. This Christmas Special invites you to celebrate the feeling of community and humanity even more deeply and to experience it together. The cacao stand will sweeten the evening for us and offer nourishing energy for the dance journey – especially on these cold days. Before the dance journey, Sascha will guide you into calmness and clarity with the warm tones of his cello. After the dance journey, he will accompany you once more with gentle melodies that carry you into deep relaxation and allow you to immerse yourself in healing frequencies.
