Theme: “SENSUAL EARTH” Step into a slower, softer rhythm of connection in the heart of the Adliswil forest from 13:00–18:00. An afternoon of BBQ, cacao, singing, conscious connection, and a gentle embodied dance journey in nature.

Sensual Earth invites you into a grounded exploration of movement, presence, and connection with the body. We gather around food, cacao, singing, gentle recorded music mixes, and authentic connection in a relaxed forest atmosphere — ending the evening together around the fire.

We use instruments like singing bowls, wind chimes, drum, and gentle voice, along with palo santo or sage for energetic cleansing. These vibrations support release, grounding, and guide you back into inner harmony.
