Step into an afternoon of creativity, mindful movement, and soulful connection at our: A Spring Creative Retreat. Inspired by the renewal of spring, this retreat invites you to slow down, explore creative expression, and reconnect with yourself and others in a warm, supportive, and inspiring space.

🌀 Workshop Sessions

The afternoon is divided into three offering each lasting 1.5hrs - 2 hours

You are welcome to join:

• One session,

• Two sessions, or

• All three sessions throughout the day.

 

Workshop Experiences

Bloom & Flow: A Watercolour Journey (2 hours)
A gentle, intuitive watercolour session inspired by spring blooms and growth. Participants are invited to explore colour and organic shapes to create a Spring inspired card.

Stitch & Bloom: Mindful Crochet (1.5hours)
In this calming crochet session, you will create a simple, beginner-friendly piece as a personal expression of colour and intention. Guided step by step, this experience invites you to slow down, connect with your hands, and enjoy the soothing rhythm of mindful making.

The Healing Journey (1.5hours)
A deeply nourishing session combining Somatic Movement, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing, designed to support relaxation, release, and embodied awareness.

Each session is thoughtfully curated to support creative expression, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing. No prior experience is required.
