Ecstatic Dance & Sound Integration with Astrid Cura

Step into a Saturday morning where movement becomes ritual and music becomes medicine — high above the city, on the rooftop of Viertel Dach in Basel.

An ecstatic dance session designed to awaken the body, open the heart, and free the spirit through rhythm: organic beats, tribal grooves, afro house, cumbia, world sounds, healing vocals and hypnotic textures. No choreography. No judgement. Just presence, pulse, and permission to be fully alive.

Following the dance, we transition into a deeply restorative Sound Integration with crystal singing bowls, healing instruments, voice and layered frequencies — letting the nervous system soften and the body absorb the medicine of the dance.

Food is available afterwards on the rooftop for those who want to slow down and share a meal with the community (meal not included in the ticket).
