Yoga in the garden

🌿 This May, yoga moves outside.

Every other Saturday, I'l meet you on the terrace at Frau Gerolds Garten. Where the city hum softens, and there's just breath, movement, and the open sky.

The practice is rooted in somatic vinyasa. We move slowly, we flow with curiosity, and follow our body rather than leading it.

No pushing, no fast sequences. Just a quiet unfolding, guided by breath and how you feel in each moment.

Space to notice. Space to soften. Space to let the nervous system settle.

There's nothing to achieve, only an invitation to move in a way that feels honest and to return, again and again, to presence.
