Who leads this?

Someone who has walked both paths — the corporate world and the mountains.

Nearly 20 years of meditation practice. In 2017, she withdrew into the mountains for solitary retreat — practicing mindfulness, Vipassana, and breathwork ever since.

She founded a branch of largest IC card company in the country at 27. Red Dot Design Award winner. Among the first licensed business coaches in the country. Former Chinese Representative for the Bern Economic Development Agency (BEDA), facilitating business and government exchanges between China and Switzerland.

She doesn't teach theory. She teaches what she has lived.

👕 What to wear

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to sit on the floor and cross your legs. We recommend trousers rather than skirts for ease of movement.
