After a deep journey, something often remains open.
This is a space to gently land, reconnect, and bring it into life.

We gather in a simple way:

• arriving together
• sharing what is still alive
• a bit of movement and breath
• and a moment to ask: who do I choose to become now?

From there, we anchor one small, real step — and support each other in walking it.

We will also sing together (kirtan) — no experience needed —
as a way to integrate through voice, breath, and presence.

Afterwards, the space opens for food, sauna, and relaxed connection.

This is not a workshop.
It’s a space to be, feel, and continue the thread together.

🍲 Potluck
Bring something simple to share if you feel.

35 CHF (Friday on / at the door)
