Join us for an evening dedicated to the exploration of the voice as a gateway to embodiment, expression, and connection.

In this evening, we will move through a series of guided voice activation exercises designed to help you connect with your inner landscape. Through voice activation practices and sound, we will explore how emotions and feelings can be expressed, released, and transformed using the voice as an instrument.

We will chant, explore vocal expression, and share simple songs, no singing experience needed. 

This is an invitation to allow for authenticity to emerge from your voice naturally.

The evening will finish in a nourishing sound bath, where you can lie back and receive. Let yourself be held by waves of sound and vibration, integrating the journey in a space of rest and openness.

• Please bring a bottle of water and come in comfy clothes. 
• Be on time. The door closes at 18.00.
• Donations can be given bith through Twint or in cash onsite.
