Healing Sound Journey Every Sunday

Hello dear community!
Every Sunday we create a space for you to explore your inner world, connect to yourself, and improve your awareness by practicing mindful listening to our high vibrational instruments like Himalayan singing bowls and chimes. 

We meet from 11-12:30 at Qi Gong Zentrum, just one minute walk from Bern Bahnhof. The cost is 30chf and all materials are provided for a comfortable journey either sitting or lying down.
