The year­ly Sum­mer Morn­ing Immer­sion takes place at Volk­shaus Zürich this year. An immer­sive morn­ing prac­tice to reset body, breath, and mind in the heart of the city. A unique inner-city retreat for­mat, offer­ing time for deep prac­tice, com­mu­ni­ty con­nec­tion, and live sound at the end of each morning.

This immer­sion is designed as a pro­gres­sive expe­ri­ence unfold­ing over three con­sec­u­tive morn­ings. Lim­it­ed spaces.
