Join us as we breathe and move to come home to our bodies, arrive in the present and release what no longer serves us.
We are Laura Maria & Nina, Keur certified breathwork teachers that would love to guide you through an hour of gentle activation to bring awareness to our bodies and then down-regulation to ground ourselves.
We invite you to wear comfortable clothes that you can easily breathe and move in. Mats and props are provided.
This class is taught in English.
Price:

All three classes [21.03.2026 / 10.04.2026 / 10.05.2026]: CHF 80.-
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel and get a refundment up to 24 hours prior to the class.
